Expanding Our Partnership Network

Building on our strong and established partnership with Menzies Aviation, we are delighted to announce a further extension of our collaboration with the addition of Eurowings, effective from Sunday 29 March.

This development represents an exciting step forward in strengthening our presence at London Gatwick and enhancing the support services we provide to airline partners and their customers.

Our dedicated on-airport teams will deliver comprehensive, face-to-face customer support for Eurowings passengers. This will include a range of services such as flight rebookings, ticket sales, and assistance with lost property. By combining operational expertise with a customer-first approach, we aim to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for passengers throughout their journey.

We are pleased to welcome Eurowings to London Gatwick and look forward to working closely together, alongside Menzies Aviation, to deliver high-quality service and operational excellence.
