This is the Privacy Policy for Airborne Representation Limited, T/A SkyFix, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 05991705, having its registered office at Encombe House, Estate Office, Corfe Castle, Wareham, Dorset BH20 5LW (“SkyFix”, “We”).

We are committed to protecting your personal data. This Policy gives you information about how SkiFix collects, uses and protects any personal data that you provide to SkyFix (including personal data provided through the website https://www.skyfix.co.uk/ (“Website”).
This Website is not intended for children, and SkyFix does not knowingly collect data relating to children under the age of 18. Where, as part of the Services being provided and travel arrangements being put in place, we may collect information about children from you to perform such Services and we will treat such information securely.
SkyFix provides services to individuals in connection with booking travel arrangements and services, and through providing services to individuals it may collect and process personal data about individuals (“Services”). In addition to this, the Website also collects certain personal data from users, in accordance with this Policy.
Legal Framework
SkyFix's data protection and privacy measures are governed by (i) UK GDPR (that is, the retained version of the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (“GDPR”) and any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation, as amended or updated from time to time, in the UK and (ii) the Data Protection Act 2018 (“DPA 2018”) together the (“Data Protection Legislation").

SkyFix and its affiliated companies (“Group”) are firmly committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of all personal data received or collected, in strict adherence to Data Protection Legislation and best business practice.This Policy is issued on behalf of the Group; therefore when we mention, "we", "us" or "our" in this Policy , we are referring to the relevant company in the Group responsible for processing your data.
SkyFix is the primary controller and is responsible for this website. For the purposes of Data Protection Legislation, SkyFix acts as a data controller in the following circumstances:
· where personal data is provided directly to SkyFix through use of the Website or via email;
· during face to face meetings with you or other direct interactions
· in any instance where SkyFix determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

2. The types of personal data we collect about you
Personal data means any data or information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
Where SkyFix is acting as a data controller, SkyFix may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which SkyFix has grouped together as follows:
· Identity Data includes first name, last name, any previous names, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth, gender, and passport or national identity card information;
· Contact Data includes postal address, email address and telephone numbers;
· Financial Data includes bank account, credit / debit card details or other payment information;
· Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of travel services you have purchased from SkyFix;
· Technical Data includes internet protocol(IP) address, browser type and versions, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform device ID and other technology on the devices you use to access our Website;
· Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or bookings made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses;
· Usage Data includes information about how you use our Services or submit an enquiry or query through our Website;
· Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences;
· Individual Data – additional information collected from you in relation to the Services we provide;
· Medical Data – includes information recorded in our online accident book such as details of anyone that has an accident whilst in the terminals. The data is held on a third-party web server, but all data is sent via SSL and is therefore encrypted. There is a legal requirement to record details of the accident, for health and safety purposes and to keep hold of the data for insurance purposes. You will be notified of this at the time of collection.
· Special Categories of Data includes information relating to disabilities or medical conditions which may affect your travel and holiday arrangements and any dietary restrictions which may disclose your religious beliefs. Special categories of data may also include details about your ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation or other biometric data, although it is unlikely that we will need to collect all of this type of data from you in connection with your travel or holiday arrangements, we will only process this information where we have obtained your explicit consent. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
We also collect, use and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data which is not personal data as it does not directly (or indirectly) reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate individuals' Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature in order to analyse general trends in how users are interacting with our website to help improve the website and our service offering.
3. How is your personal data collected?
SkyFix uses different methods to collect personal data from and about you including through:
· Direct interactions. You may give us your personal data, contact information by filling in online forms or by corresponding with us in person, by post, phone, email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when making a reservation or booking travel Services through SkyFix or in instances where we (or the travel providers for whom we act as an agent) provide your flights or travel arrangements; or
· Enquiries information, when made through the Website or by email, including requests for a brochure or further information relating to the Services we offer; or
· Participation contact if you participate in a competition, survey or other offer that we might make available to you; or
· Third parties or publicly available sources. We will receive personal data about you such as contact data from providers from various third parties and public sources as set out below:
· technical data is collected from analytics providers such as Google, advertising networks such as Facebook, search information providers such as Google or Bing;
· contact, financial and transaction data is collected from providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Worldpay;
· identity and contact data is collected from publicly available sources such as Companies House;
· Automated technologies or interactions. As you interact with our Website, we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this personal data by using cookies and other similar technologies. Please see our policy on use of Cookies is set out further below.
· Telephone interaction. We collect your details during telephone calls in relation to your Identity Data, Transaction Data, Contact Data, Financial Data, Profile Data and Marketing Data.
· Photographs: We may collect your image via Closed Circuit Television (CCTV),where we have CCTV in place (in addition to the CCTV that is in operation at the airport), we do so for the purposes of monitoring security of our staff and passengers, when they visit the SkyFix desk. Where we have such CCTV in place, appropriate notices will be displayed where CCTV is in operation.
4. How SkyFix uses your personal data
Legal basis
The law requires us to have a legal basis for collecting and using your personal data. SkyFix will only use your personal data when the law allows us to, ie, if we have a legal basis for doing so. We rely on one or more of the following bases:
· Performance of a contract with you: Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
· Legitimate interests: We may use your personal data where it is necessary to conduct our business and pursue our legitimate interests, for example to prevent fraud and enable us to give you the best and most secure customer experience. We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you and your rights (both positive and negative) before we process your personal data for our legitimate interests. We do not use your personal data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you (unless we have your consent or are otherwise required or permitted to by law).

Where SkyFix needs to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract SkyFix has with you (or our client whom SkyFix acts for) and you fail to provide that data when requested, SkyFix may not be able to perform the contract it has or is trying to enter. In this case, SkyFix may have to cancel the Services you have with us, but we will notify you (or where appropriate, its client) if this is the case at the time.

Where we act as the data controller for client contact information, we have set out below in the table a description of all the ways we plan to use the various categories your personal data, and which of the legal bases we rely on to do so. We have also identified what our legitimate interests are, where appropriate.

· any member of the Group, which means SkyFix’s subsidiaries, SkyFix’s ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006;
· where SkyFix is under a duty to disclose your personal data to comply with any legal obligation, or to enforce or apply SkyFix’s or terms and conditions and other agreements;
· to protect the rights, property, or safety of SkyFix, SkyFix’s client, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and for compliance with laws;
· the authorities, Foreign and Commonwealth Office or other regulatory or official purpose, as may be appropriate for regulatory purposes;
· third parties who we arrange to deliver any lost property items to you, should you request; and
· third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this Policy.
Third party travel service providers:
· To fulfil your booking arrangements, appropriate personal data will be passed on to the relevant suppliers of your arrangements / any third-party supplier / any other third party (including banks and/or credit card issuers) who need to process your personal data so that your holiday can be provided. The information may also be provided to government / public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law.
· We will generally use other companies to help provide your travel services, including hotels, airlines, ground handlers and guides, as well as when we mail brochures and send marketing material. We only provide third parties with the personal data they require in order to deliver their services, and their use is limited to the services they provide. If we cannot pass your personal data to the relevant suppliers, we will be unable to fulfil your booking.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
6. International transfers
We share your personal data with many of our external third parties and services providers based outside the UK so their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the UK. To fulfill your booking arrangements, appropriate personal data will be passed on to the relevant service providers of your arrangements- including hotels, airlines, ground handlers, guides, banks or credit card issues- who need to process your data so that your travel services can be provided. This information may also be provided to government or public authorities, such as customs or immigration, where it is necessary for relevant international law or for the prevention and detection of crime.
Whenever we transfer your personal data outside of the UK to countries that do not have laws providing a level of data protection comparable to the UK, to other people or companies it will be for one of the legal bases for processing your personal data as indicated above. Where we do so, we will ensure that the standard of protection is not materially lower than UK standards through the use specific standard contractual terms approved for use in the UK namely, the International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for international data transfers. Before such a transfer, we perform a data protection test to satisfy ourselves, acting reasonably and proportionately by reference to the nature and volume of the data, that the standard of protection provided for you, taken as a whole, is not materially lower than the standard provided under UK law. You will receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information from us or you have previously purchased travel arrangements from us, and you have not opted out of receiving that marketing.
Promotional offers from us
We may use your Identity, Contact, Technical, Usage and Profile Data to form a view which products, services and offers may be of interest to you so that we can then send you relevant marketing communications.
Third-party marketing
We will get your express consent before we share your personal data with any third party for their own direct marketing purposes.

You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by by clicking the Unsubscribe link located in the footer of all marketing email communications from us or by contacting us via the following methods:

8. Data security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
Other than in relation to government / public authorities (over whom we have no control), we take appropriate steps to ensure that anyone to whom we pass your personal data for any reason agrees to keep it secure, only uses it for the purposes of providing their services and does not collect any personal data from you in the course performing their services.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
Internet Security and User Responsibility
SkyFix is committed to ensuring that your information is secure and has in place reasonable and proportionate safeguards and procedures to protect your personal data, you should remember the risks whenever you use the internet. Whilst we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords or other account information.
9. Personal Data Retention
We will keep your information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. For example, when you book a holiday with us, we will keep the information related to your booking, so we can fulfil the specific travel arrangements you have made. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you. We will keep the information for a period which enables us to handle or respond to any complaints, queries or concerns relating to the booking. By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for no longer than six years after you have travelled with us.
In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your data: see paragraph 10 below for further information.
We will actively review the information we hold and delete it securely, or in some cases anonymise it, when there is no longer a legal, business or customer need for it to be retained.
10. Your Legal Rights
You have a number of rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data.
You have the right to:
· Request information. You can request for what purpose we are processing your personal data and what personal data we are processing.
· Request access to your personal data that we hold about you. You have the right to be provided with copies of the personal data of you that we are processing as well as confirmation of the processing we are doing. You can do this by sending a “subject access request” to the contact details noted above for our consideration.
· Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.
· Request erasure of your personal data in certain circumstances. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with local law. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request. Where you exercise your right to erasure or where information is deleted in accordance with SkyFix’s retention policy, please note that after the deletion of your personal data, it cannot be recovered, so if you require a copy of this personal data, please request this during the period SkyFix retains the data.
· Object to processing of your personal data -if you do not like how we are using your personal data then you can let us know and we will stop processing it in that way. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which override your right to object. You also have the absolute right to object any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes
· Request the transfer of your personal data to you or to a third party. We will provide to you, or a third party you have chosen, your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this right only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you. This transfer should not affect the integrity or otherwise damage your personal data.
· Withdraw your consent at any time – you can withdraw your consent for us to process your personal data (if we have relied on your consent to process your personal data) at any time by contacting us. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If we have relied only on your consent as the basis to process your personal data then we will stop processing your personal data at the point you withdraw your consent. Please note that if we can also rely on other bases to process your personal data aside from consent then we may do so even if you have withdrawn your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain Services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.
· Automated decision-making – you have the right to be informed if we use automated decision-making or profiling to make significant decisions about you. We may make decisions about you based solely on automated processing (including profiling) which have a legal or similarly significant effect on you. We may carry out such processing provided we have a lawful basis and apply specific safeguards. Where such a decision is made, you have the right to request human intervention, to express your point of view, and to contest any such decision. No fee usually required
Where you exercise your right to request access to the information SkyFix processes about you, you will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
What we may need from you
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
Time limit to respond
SkyFix will try to respond to all legitimate access requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated. We may "stop the clock" on this one-month response period if we require further information from you to verify your identity or to clarify the scope of your request (for example, to help us locate the specific information you are seeking). In these circumstances, the time limit for our response will be paused from the date we request the information until the date we receive it from you.

12. Complaints
If you would like to make a complaint in relation to how SkyFix may have stored, used or processed your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with us. You can do this by completing our Electronic Data Protection Complaint Form. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it. We will then investigate your concern and provide you with an outcome without undue delay.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Information Commission, the UK regulator for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk). The Commission will generally expect you to have completed our internal complaints process before they review your case.

SkyFix may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer.
