If you’ve lost an item onboard your aircraft, our team are here to help!

SkyFix provides a lost property service for passengers arriving at London Gatwick and London Heathrow on our partner airlines. This service covers items left onboard the aircraft that have been recovered on flights arriving into the UK.

Hold/Checked-In Baggage

If your hold baggage/checked in bag is lost or missing, please contact your airline for more information.

Duty Free Alcohol or Tobacco

Any Alcohol or Tobacco products left on board are held by Border Force, we do not receive these items. We recommend passengers to contact Border Force directly.

Passports

All found documents are returned to the British Passport Office or your embassy. Any enquiries about lost or stolen British passports can be made to the Passport Office: 0300 222 0000.
