Our Apprentices

Through our in‑house SkyFix Academy, our apprentices gain not only a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification but also a deep understanding of aviation and airport operations. These skills are widely valued across the customer service and aviation sectors, including by Gatwick Airport and its airline partners.

Our Training Academy

Our business is highly specialised, and our people are our greatest strength. That’s why we invest deeply in colleague development, with the goal of building proactive, mutually supportive working relationships across the organisation.
As part of this commitment, we operate the SkyFix Academy — a dedicated in‑house training facility led by experienced industry trainers. Here, successful candidates can achieve a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification while gaining extensive aviation and airport knowledge. These skills are widely valued across the customer service and aviation sectors and are supported by our longstanding partnership with Gatwick Airport and many well‑known airlines, who recognise the quality of our training and the capability it delivers.
The SkyFix Academy also supports continued professional development beyond apprenticeship level, including advanced Amadeus ticketing training for colleagues specialising in complex travel and passenger solutions.
