Skybreak Marks National Apprenticeship Week 2026 As part of National Apprenticeship Week 2026, Skybreak is proud to celebrate the development and achievements of two of our dedicated team members, Elise and Grace, who are currently progressing through their apprenticeship programmes.

This year’s theme highlights the value apprentices bring to organisations nationwide, and at Skybreak, apprenticeships form a vital part of our long‑term commitment to developing skilled, confident aviation professionals. Our approach focuses on growing talent from within—providing structured support, hands‑on experience, and clear opportunities to build a successful career in the industry.

Elise and Grace exemplify this commitment. Through their ongoing apprenticeship journey, they are expanding their knowledge, strengthening their customer service expertise, and contributing directly to the service excellence Skybreak is known for.

By the time our apprentices complete their programmes, they leave not only with valuable qualifications but also with real‑world experience and a strong foundation for career progression.
