Madison Achieves Distinction in Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship As part of National Apprenticeship Week 2026, we are proud to shine a spotlight on an outstanding achievement within our team.


Since joining Skybreak in July 2024, Madison has demonstrated remarkable commitment to her development—growing in confidence, embracing new challenges, and investing fully in the knowledge and skills that underpin exceptional customer service in the aviation sector.

Her dedication throughout the Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship has now been recognised with a Distinction, a testament to her hard work and professionalism.

Throughout her apprenticeship journey, Madison has also progressed into the role of Sales and Ticketing Agent, where she continues to apply her learning and contribute positively to the passenger experience.
