Sales Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Executive to help drive the growth of our airport sales operation. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to implement effective sales strategies, optimise supply channels, and support our teams with the tools, training, and insight they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and execute sales strategies that increase leads, efficiency, and conversions.

  • Identify new commercial opportunities, supply channels, and partnerships.

  • Strengthen the SkyFix brand while ensuring our systems, fares, flights, hotels, and transport options meet operational needs.

  • Deliver training, onboard new partners, and help develop team capability across the sales process.

  • Produce clear performance reports and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

  • Review and support agent performance to boost motivation and conversions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven travel industry or sales experience.

  • Strong understanding of flights, fares, hotels, and ground transport.

  • Commercially aware, confident communicator, and collaborative team player.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to influence and drive improvement.

  • Comfortable working strategically and supporting our quality management standards.

Sales and Ticketing Agents (London Heathrow)

At SkyFix we’re looking for Sales & Ticketing Agents to join our Passenger Services team in Terminals 2 & 4. If you love helping people, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoy the buzz of the airport, this could be the opportunity for you. This is an in‑person role at London Heathrow Airport.

What You’ll Do

  • Support passengers with ticketing, rebooking & travel products

  • Handle enquiries with knowledge, confidence and care

  • Deliver standout service at our airport desks

What We Offer

Shift Details

  •       Full‑time (4 on / 2 off) or part‑time (21–28 hrs).

  •       Knowledge of Amadeus/GDS (bonus)

  •        Positivity, reliability & great customer service

  •        Additional languages (nice to have)
